To create a Forum or Config Link:

1. Click on create link, select Outside Web Page tab, and type wiki:<pagename> and click ok. Do not use the path, only the filename.
   The wiki: prefix is a special protocol that will find all pages regardless of namespace - like config pages, etc.
   
2. You will see this:  wiki:Feedback 
   
3. Next, click the html button, you will see this:   <A href="wiki:Feedback">wiki:Feedback</A>
   
4. Edit the text between the > and </A> for the visible prompt, e.g. Feedback Forum.
   
5. Click on the HTML button to view the WSYIWYG result: Feedback Forum
