Heading to the UK next week. Session seems sold out!

Lots of work.

First, I'm at PinkWeek in the U.K. on Tuesday in Reading delivering a service catalog workshop.  If you are planning to go, let me know.  I believe the session is either sold out or there may be one spot left. This is good news as it makes the workshop real fun.

I'm also doing a special one day "Accelerator" class for ITIL Authorized Training Organizations. Hopefully we'll see several European ITIL trainers offering the new service catalog certification courses.
