For some reason, the reviews of the first edition are not linked to the second edition. Which is unfortunate, because they were good reviews!

For example, we struggled hard to keep the book short. I wanted to fill it with examples, but examples wear out. So I'm thinking next book to do almost all cases and examples. Not a new book so much as hands-on guide adjunct.
